The Directors
PRtwo was founded by the current four directors in 2006 and continues to be exclusively owned and managed by them. The Head Office is based at Park House in Thornbury, Bristol with a regional office on the High Street in Slough.

Roger Averis is the Construction Director with over 30 years experience in managing the construction process both in the UK and overseas.

Richard Needs is the Design Director; a chartered Architect with almost 40 years experience in both private practice and within multi-disciplinary teams in contracting organisations.

Geoff Lambert is the Services Director and has almost 30 years experience both in the UK and overseas managing the specification and provision of Building Services.

Paul Barrow is the Commercial Director; a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has almost 30 years experience in both private practice and within multi-disciplinary teams in contracting organisations.

The Staff
A team of dedicated Project Managers, Design Managers and Surveyors ably supported by the administrative and accounts staff are completely focused on the successful delivery of every project in line with the companies operating philosophy.

APPROACH TO PROJECT DELIVERY
We believe that PRtwo as a company is demonstrably different to the vast majority of today’s construction providers and that this difference adds value for our Clients. PRtwo since its inception argued for such partnership between the building user and the building provider. We believe that it is this partnership that will provide both an improved service and the end product for the benefit of our Client, rather than serve the vested interests or perpetuate the degree of client exposure normally found in traditional construction.

The company operates a style of management that employs a large overlap of responsibilities and skills in the provision of project management, Design and Design Management, Cost Management and Construction expertise which forges a truly multi-disciplined, fully integrated team. In this environment the demands of all the construction disciplines, from inception to completion, are fully understood and therefore the process can be effectively managed.
