DESIGN MANAGEMENT AND CO-ORDINATION
We consider that the process of Design Management is to:

PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
The construction process must encompass:
- safety, quality and procurement plan compilation;
- continuous reappraisal of construction programmes;
- management of information release;
- continuous reappraisal to ensure the planned out-turn cost, programme and quality are met;
- The design construction method must be continuously reviewed not only for compliance to plan but for betterment of expectations;
- ensure good communication and reporting regime;
- encourage proactive value engineering;
- manage safety procedures in relation to the construction process.
